"...I just want to tell you ... how pleased we are with our experience with Pixie (and Richard) Woodall (Made in the Shade Blinds and Floors). We consider it our good fortune that you gave Pixie our name and that she followed through in calling us. We signed contracts with her for hardwood and tile flooring and wood blinds and a plantation shutter.

They (Pixie and Richard) were helpful every step of the way from choosing colors and styles to insuring that supplies and installers were together at the same time and place. (Therein lies a tale: Pixie going above and beyond the call of duty and experiencing a LOT OF STRESS over a shipping misadventure, but nevertheless insuring that WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN HAPPENED—and IT DID—WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN!)

We never doubted that she was doing all she could to insure that the finished product was delivered as and when it was promised. (Her installers did especially good jobs, working very hard to make sure everything “looked good” and that we were pleased with the end product.)

We were working within a deadline which she heroically worked to help us reach. We very much appreciate her efforts on our behalf and know she deserved a rest after doggedly helping us reach our goal!..."

"My wife and I just moved into our new home. During the process of fixing up our old home to sell and renovating our new home, we had the opportunity to employ a variety of contractors. Pixie was one of the few contractors we employed I would recommend anyone to use. Pixie was very knowledgeable in her field. The selection was fantastic and the prices were far less than the two other bids we got on the job. Because of the savings we were able to put ceramic tile in our kitchen which is what we really wanted to have. The gentleman who installed the floor was one of the few contractors that actually started when they said they would and amazingly finished ahead of schedule.
